lol...the FDA would have a field day with this store owner. I own an electronic cigarette store, and I can tell you that they are very very uptight when it comes to marketing to minors. I have never had an intention of selling to kids, yet they always seem to want to bust my chops. Anyway, very funny photo...hope the FDA doesn't see it...lol
